Check your liver enzymes monthly. Side effects with parasite medications are quite rare, but you need to be aware of these potential side effects and what to do.

I fully realize that by so doing I am eliminating my rights to be compensated by the above-mentioned persons/companies for injury due to use of any offered and accepted treatment including but not limited to ketamine, hormones and or supplements or other medications. Regarding all treatment recommendations, the patient agrees that maximum the patient-plaintiff or family can recover through arbitration is $5,000 and then only if arbitration determines that provider has practiced negligently.
