Currently, the FDA allows the above “same day procedures” or injection therapies under FDA rule 21 CFR 1271.15.  The FDA has approved a very few injectable commercial regenerative products under FDA rule 21 CFR 1271.10 mostly wound care products for homologous use with skin problems such as burns and wounds.
