IV Plaquex Therapy – Louisville, KY

What is IV Plaquex?

IV Plaquex is a safe, intravenous treatment used to remove fatty and hardened plaque buildup in the arteries, a condition called atherosclerosis. It has been shown to reduce angina (heart pain) attacks, enhance sexual potency, and improve kidney function and memory.

Plaquex (phosphatidylcholine) treatments work in the same way as chelation therapy in that they remove fatty plaques in arteries and other blood vessels. This application is valuable for individuals who have suffered from a heart attack or other cardiovascular injury.

At Kentuckiana Integrative Medicine in Jeffersonville, Indiana, we offer various treatment options to help improve and restore vascular health including Plaquex. Plaquex works to remove plaque deposits from the arteries, which acts to treat, even reverse heart disease, boost circulation, and aid in many other health problems.

Health Benefits of IV Plaquex?

At our office, IV Plaquex therapy is part of an integrated treatment plan in conjunction with EDTA chelation infusions. Research shows Plaquex therapy can help:

  • Prevent, treat and reverse heart disease
  • Reduce angina pectoris (heart pain)
  • Withstand cardiac stress
  • Improve sexual potency
  • Lower LDL (bad) cholesterol
  • Reduce high blood pressure
  • Increase HDL (good) cholesterol
  • Improve impaired kidney function
  • Improve walking distance in Peripheral Vascular Disease
  • Improve memory and mental function
  • Protect damaged heart muscle
  • Repair liver damage
  • Improve gastric dysfunction

Plaquex for Lowering Cholesterol

Phosphatidylcholine is essential for the function of all cell membranes in the body, and supplementation with phosphatidylcholine increases the level and activity of HDL (“good” cholesterol – the one that effectively removes the “bad” cholesterol components from arteries and other areas of deposition). Phosphatidylcholine also enhances liver function, brain and CNS function, and that of many other organs.

Plaquex for Improved Blood Circulation

Plaquex improves blood circulation by reducing soft plaque in the arterial wall. Thus, patients suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, macular degeneration, peripheral vascular disease, and liver disease can notice dramatic improvements after treatment.

Moreover, male patients suffering from sexual impotency due to poor blood circulation can also benefit from treatment. Finally, patients can expect improved kidney and cerebral function.

Plaquex for Anti-Aging

Plaquex has been shown to reverse the aging process. As we age, billions of our cells—cells of your heart, lungs, kidneys, eyes, skin, liver, and most other tissues and organs of your body—start to lose youthful elasticity. Plaquex reverses age-related changes in the lipid ratios of the membrane of all the cells of the body, which allows tissues and vital organs to return to better health and a more youthful function.

Many European doctors discovered that the patients started looking younger and healthier after about 20 treatments. In one clinical study, Plaquex helped a 36% increase in average lifespan.

Plaquex for Kidney Disease

Studies have shown favorable effects of Plaquex when used to treat the following conditions:

  • Nephritis
  • Gestosis
  • Renal Disorders
  • Kidney Disease

Patients showed marked improvement within a reasonable amount of time.

IV Na EDTA Chelation removes heavy metals [Lead, Mercury, Arsenic, Cadmium, Barium, and other harmful metals] which in turn improves circulation to the heart, brain, and body.
