Reclamation of my life
After much consideration of options, I decided to call Kentuckiana Integrative and see about treatment options for my knees and other issues that were diminishing my quality of life. Dr. Cruz himself called me, talked with me for a bit to determine what we needed to focus on first. My knees were what we decided to work on first. He was conscientious on what we could attempt with best results and that was also covered by insurance, as that was a concern to me. At 3 hyaluronic (gel) shots in, my husband and I took a trip to Utah to visit family. While there I was able to engage in hiking and biking and even home workouts and yoga with my family. I was amazed at how I was able to participate, even riding a mountain bike on a bmx course! I felt my smile from within my spirit that day! I am not finished with my treatments and expect to continue to see and feel the improvements. Dr Cruz and his office has always been very attentive, questioning and listening to me. They are wonderful.
