We are extremely experienced in the use of ultrasound and fluoroscopy guided injections offering precision needle placement when needed. We focus on FDA approved procedures and products [especially wound care that are even approved by some insurances] and FDA approved and permitted “same day procedures” that include but are not limited to Collecting [Harvesting] a patient’s Adipose “Belly Fat” Messenger Signaling Cells and Bone Marrow Messenger Signaling Cells, Platelet Rich Plasma Injections [from your blood], Prolozone and Prolotherapy. Collection of “fat” messenger signaling cells and bone marrow messenger signaling cells can be done very comfortably and with very little or no pain with proper numbing techniques. Currently, the FDA allows the above “same day procedures” or injection therapies under FDA rule 21 CFR 1271.15.  The FDA has approved a very few injectable commercial regenerative products under FDA rule 21 CFR 1271.10 mostly wound care products for homologous use with skin problems such as burns and wounds.
